Dare You Jalapeno Wine Recipes

Jacques Bratwurst

4 to 6 Bratwurst in a skillet

cover with 1/2 a bottle Dare You Hot Pepper Wine

simmer until half the liquid is gone then flip the Bratwurst over

simmer until all liquid is gone

brown bratwurst then deglaze the pan with approx. 1/4 cup water

until a caramelized glaze coats the bratwurst.

Serve with sautéed onions and green peppers and or garlic mashed potatoes

Pepper wine also works great for a marinade

we use it to soak chicken in for 48 hours while sealed in a Ziploc bag and in the refrigerator.

Then cook it on the grill or in a skillet.

No heat is left from the wine but it is real moist.

Also used for a baste while grilling and can make things spicy.
